At Certiqo, we aim to provide high-quality courses. Refunds are available under the following conditions:
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided if:
- The course was not delivered as described.
- Technical issues prevented access for more than 48 hours, and Certiqo could not resolve them.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Completed or partially completed courses
- Non-usage of course materials
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at support@certiqo.org within 7 days of purchase. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 15–20 business days.
